Wildfire in Wonderland is a Louisiana-style line of hot sauce bred in Mississippi, using French champagne vinegar we age with oak, peppers strained from seeds and skins, fresh garlic and onions, and handmade in small batches.
All Mad Here is the hottest sauce we make. It is extract-free, but the heat is challenge level.
