Wildfire in Wonderland is a Louisiana-style line of hot sauce bred in Mississippi, using French champagne vinegar, fermented pepper mash blended to a smooth consistency, fresh garlic and onions, and handmade in small batches.
The Reaper is our hottest fermented sauce. While many reaper-based sauces are thick, full of powder, and extremely hot, our thinner sauce packs a punch without knocking you down. We consider it an extra hot table sauce.
