Wildfire in Wonderland is a Louisiana-style line of hot sauce bred in Mississippi, using French champagne vinegar, fermented pepper mash blended to a smooth consistency, fresh garlic and onions, and handmade in small batches.
Cayenne & Jalapeno is our base table sauce. By combining the authentic cajun flavor of the cayenne with the fruity sweetness of the red
jalapeno, we’ve found a flavor all our own.
